And We're Headed To....

LONDON!!

Aaron and I just booked our first trip across the big blue. We are VERY excited and scared at the same time.

We decided that once Aaron starts his REAL job, we wouldn't know what vacation time he'd be getting. Along with the fact that we want to be enlarging our family soon (crossing our fingers). We decided that the three week break, in September, would be a GREAT time to go. So with our mad budgetary skills we got the funds.

Today we made the booking after many deep breaths and pep talks of "we can do this." Wish us luck on our trip and if we don't come back it's because we got lost ;)

So so SOOOOO Jealous! That is really neat, not to mention smart, to plan a big vaca like that. Pack me in your luggage!

We went last year for the first time. Our 30th wedding anniversary and we had such a marvelous time.

I would highly recommend going to see the production called "War Horse". It was a definite highlight.

Budgeting is freedom.

So exciting Carrie:) Have fun. I think you guys can do it. We are planning a big vacation too sometime next year . . . I think I will be nervous until it is all over with-kids just make traveling that much more challenging and thay add a lot of "if's".

So Happy for you guys!!

Oh my heck! Totally jealous :). You guys are going to have so much fun! My dad served his mission in London 40 years ago, and he talks about it at least once a day. He's never gone back, but really wants too. I have so excited for you! Hopefully Tim and I will be able to do the same thing someday...when he's done with medical school in 20 years! Ugh! :)

HAHAHAHA! You are so cute! I'm not worried about you getting lost because at least you speak English. After going to a foreign country, english speaking ones aren't so terrifying!!! I'm sure you'll get there and just have lots of fun. Hope you'll be able to post lots of pics. Are you taking the little man with you?

I'm so glad you get to go! Maybe someday we should all take a cruise together!

Yeah!!! That is so fun and exciting!!! I don't think I appreciated the flexibility of being students quite as much as I could have, the standard 2 weeks vaca just doen'st cover much in jobs. You guys will have a great time, and we're so excited for you guys!
