YES we've tried most everything (except for an overload on spicy foods and caster oil) to start labor with no success. She's just happy where she is.
She won't be in there for long, however. My Dr. Appointment is tomorrow morning and for those completely against being induced, I'm sorry to say that I WILL opt to be induced this weekend. Simply because I am sick and since I can't really take anything effective I am now miserable AND for the sake of Aaron's work and the paternity leave he's been planning and preparing on taking for the last two weeks. So unless I can't be scheduled that soon, or the Dr. strongly recommends against it you will hopefully be hearing of her arrival this weekend.
That's the basic gist of my plans so now you know. Oh, and I WON'T be calling anyone UNTIL she's born because lately when I call everyone asks, "did you have the baby?!" Enough said there. Love you all. Sorry if this post drips with frustration. I am frustrated- I'm at my due date, I'm still prego, I want to see my baby, I'm sick, I can't sleep and when I can I have crazy dreams, Eli woke up early and is climbing all over me as I'm typing (not listening when I ask him to stop), and I'm ready to be done.

OH GOOD LUCK!!! I hope everything goes smoothly!!! I can't wait to hear the news (along with pics)!!!! I'm sorry your sick, that just makes things 10 times worse! Love you guys!!!!
Oh Carrie . . . an October baby is awesome. Then you can do a Halloween cake and get away with it:) maybe it will come on your Birthday. A plus to being induced is you actually get a better nights sleep instead of waiting in the hospital all night hearing beeping noises every 10 minutes-seriously. A good thing. Hope you feel better soon.

I was without internet all week long and going CRAZY that I might have missed the big birth- s0, I'm grateful for an update like this. I'm sorry though- it is no fun to go past the due date when so anxious to meet them. Good luck getting induced and birthing, and I can't wait to see the next posts!!!!
