Eli is one month old today! Wow, is it me or is time all messed up around here. It seems like yesterday that we brought him home. Then again, with all the sleepless nights it seems like it's been a lot longer than that! Well, for Eli's one month day he got to do the following...
He got to sleep through the EARLY morning ride to take Aunt Lynsie to the airport. He sure looks cute in the cuddle wrap Aaron's parents gave him!

He got to meet his new pediatrician (we didn't like the atmosphere of our old doctor's office). Dr Gober comes highly recommended by our dear friends. Here are Eli's one month stats...
10 lbs 23 1/2 in. long 15 in. head circumference. So he's above the 95th percentile for height and 50th percentile in weight and head circumference. Way to go Eli!!! However, poor Eli also had to get poked twice along with all the poking and light shining, etc. making it for a very hard day for him. We really like this new pediatrician. He knows what he's doing and is very good at answering all our questions. He also seemed more thorough in his assessment of Eli (300 times better than our last pediatrician). Over-all, I'm so grateful we switched!!
He got to go with mommy and daddy to run errands. We went to the temple to get a blessing outfit for him. Let's hope it still fits in two weeks with how fast this boy's filling out (it will). We then went to Costco for food item's. If Mommy doesn't eat, Eli won't like his meals much either. We got to try lots of yummy samples that Eli will get later :)
We've also discovered more about this little guy ...
Apparently he gets his sleeping positions from mommy. Aaron said that he's found me several times in the following sleeping positions...

He's very picky about who does what. At night, it has to be Daddy that puts him to sleep. Mommy can feed him, but Dad needs to take him from there.
We were hoping to do hand and footprint plasters today BUT with all the above and laundry it took us right up to the point when Aaron needed to go to class. Maybe Thursday...
Well, we love our boy and think he's something else.

I love the pictures! I'm glad the hat I bought him still fits his head!! I can't believe he is already a month old, boy does time fly!!! He is so adorable, can't wait to meet him at Christmas/Lynsie's wedding!!! Love you!
He is so adorable, and I can't believe he is already one month old.
cute, cute, cute pictures!!!
I love your new blog layout with the little family film strip at the top!
You are so CUTE with all the exact percentile ratings-What a good mommy you are:)
I was reading and realized that Haylee is five months and I just don't celebrate the "firsts" like I did with Elise. I feel a bit guilty about that. The time just keeps ticking by . . . I'll have to start keeping track more than I have:)
Hope things are going well, and I wish we could be there for the blessing!! love you guys
Oh my word, is he ever precious. You've got yourself a cutie!
Baby Pharaoh! I love that picture too! He just is too cute! I miss him tonz and I'm afraid he'll just be so big when you come in December. I came back and saw Haylee for the first time in three weeks. I couldn't believe how big she had gotten, and she even promised to stay little forever. I'm very disappointed.
