One of my friends did this on her blog and I loved reading it because I have never met her husband and it was fun to get to know them as a couple. So I would like to do a blurb about Aaron especially since his birthday is this week and I won't have time to do it then. Just so you know, information will not be complete for security purposes. I also want to say that I love Aaron so much. His patience with me is undying and he is always thinking of me first. Honestly, I don't think I could have found a better man to be by my side through the eternities. Thanks to Aaron's mom and dad for raising such a wonderful young man who encourages me to spread my wings and accomplish my dreams.

Husband's Name? Aaron J.
How long have you been together? Hmm. . . 4 1/2 yrs.
How long did you date? 2 1/2 years. I know that's a record for mormon culture. Maybe I was silly to let it go on that long, but I don't regret it. He's a spectacular husband! There were times of separation during that dating period where we weren't together though. That's all tolled.
How old is he? 1 1/2 years almost exactly. He likes to tell me it's two, especially in those six months between our birthdays. So silly!
Who eats more? Aaron definitely. Although with this pregnancy I'm sure giving him a run for his money. I know I'm not eating for two, BUT it sure feels like it. Aaron's just happy he's not the one that finishes our snacks up anymore.
Who said I love you first? I did. Aaron was home in Canada for the summer and I missed him. I think that's when I really discovered I loved him. So I told him and I was so afraid he'd freak out because Aaron was really scared of marriage at the time and I thought that would be too much. He didn't though.
Who is smarter? Depends on what you want to know. Anything political, law, computer, movie, . . . okay he's smarter. I have my moments too though so I don't feel over shone. He can't tell you how to make a book, what the average calorie count is for different fruits and vegetables, or how is the best way to feed a ventilated patient. I've got that over him at least!
Who is taller? He is by 4 inches. I know he's not as tall as my brothers but still, I can wear 3 inch heels if I want to (not that I would, I'm clumsy when I walk).
Who can sing better? Depends on who you ask. I've been singing in choirs and such for a while so I guess you could say me because I can carry a tune better. Aaron however has a younger crowds fan club. Baby's love his deep base voice and whenever we're babysitting a crying baby, he can calm them right down with his lullabies. He's going to be such a good daddy!
Who does the housework? Usually me. Lately Aaron's helped out a ton since I've been sick. He's my dish washer extraordinair and garbage man! I still clean the rest of the apartment.
Who sleeps on the right? Aaron. Although I may need to switch him because I've read pregnant women should sleep on their left sides so the baby doesn't squish the liver (might be a myth). I can't do that now because I can't stand to have someone else breathing on my face at night.
Who pays the bills? Aaron pays the car insurance bill. I pay everything else. It's all about who remembers the sign on and password to the company!
Who cooks dinner? Lately, Aaron. I'm having trouble standing anything in the kitchen for long. Especially cooking red meat. So Aaron is my cook. Yesterday I did make herb crusted chicken. I had to have Aaron help a lot though.
Who mows the lawn? I haven't seen them this winter, but the land crew.
Who drives when you're together? Lately, me more and more. I get extremely motion sick, even when I'm driving. So we are trying to minimize it as much as possible. There are times though when I make Aaron. I commute two hours everyday to work. Sometimes I just get sick of driving. Aaron loves driving. Really, if you go on a long trip and hate driving. Aaron's the one to take with you. Just give him a book on tape and open road and he's as happy as a clam behind that wheel. Oh, make sure to make him plenty of sandwiches and a huge jug of water too.
Who is more stubborn? We both are stubborn. The only things we are stubborn about are things we have a really strong stance on, but when we take that stance, there is really no budging us and the argument could go on for years. Luckily, none of the stances we disagree on are things we have to agree on so we can let it drop without hurting our relationship by knowing we'll just have to talk about it in the future. We do have a tendency to argue the opposite side of an issue. Not because we don't agree with the other person in that certain circumstance, BUT if the other person is being way over the top, we tend to try and modify it by trying to help them see what arguments for the opposite view might be. It brings some balance.
Who kissed who first? Aaron kissed me and it was so sudden and quick that I had to ask myself if it was a kiss.
Who asked out who first? Aaron asked me out first. Unfortunately I already had a date for that night, but I guess I was convincing enough to let him know that I REALLY REALLY would like to go out with him. So he didn't get discouraged.
Who proposed? Aaron did, I'm not one of those girls whose going to go to a guy and say, "hey want to take care of me for the rest of my life and beyond?"
Who has more friends? When we were in college, Aaron. He's very likable and knows what to talk about to engage others in conversation. He may not be very outgoing, but he knows how to make someone feel comfortable. Now, we have the same. That's one good thing about being married and moving to a place where neither of you know anyone.
Who is more sensitive? It depends on the topic but I'm usually more sensitive than Aaron.
Who has more siblings? I do. There are seven kids in my family and four in Aaron's. It's funny because he wants six kids and I want five. I think it's because he likes even numbers and I like odd but don't think I can handle seven. We'll see who wins out on that.
Who wears the pants? I will gladly give this to Aaron because he is the one who cleans up the dead mice, does the nasty jobs, and brings home the bacon. Love you Aaron!!

Happy Birthday Aaron, even though I don't know the exact date. I hope you get something special for taking care of Carrie, sounds like you are a wonderful hubby and deserve a great Birthday!! You two fit so well and really compliment each other.
Happy Birthday Aaron! Carrie I love how you did this because I feel like I don't know Aaron very well so this helped a little. I think I may copy you and do something like that with Garrett. Love you guys!
