Our Little Anna Oakley! |
The Zoo's not exactly a World War, but I like that Eli's ensemble is complete with dirt smudges on his face for camouflage.
All, in all, this Safari was a success. No one was eaten by the tigers or charged by the elephants. The most hilarious thing(s) that happened in conjunction with this trip was lunch time. Eli and his cousin were sitting next to each other eating pizza. Eli eats Pizza toppings first so he can get a little messy. Grant grabbed a napkin and started wiping Eli's face saying, "You're messy!" It was SO funny!
Eli can also eat a half of a pizza by himself, so unfortunately his portion wasn't enough to satisfy him. Grant, however didn't eat all of his, so Aunt Brittany gave Eli the rest of Grant's pizza. The next Day, I guess Grant told Brittany that, "Eli was SO hungry for my pizza." Well, probably at that same moment, I was getting home from running an errand and Eli said, "Mom, I SO hungry for Grant's pizza!" Some weird connection between the only two boy cousins on my side? Maybe.
