What? You didn't hear? There's a new baby arriving. It's nearly half baked and you can sure tell it's going to be a cute little thing! So cute that if I were to compare it to a "bun in the oven" it'd be one of my Mom's or Aaron's Grandma's homemade cinnamon rolls. OR if you really want to get technical, SHE looks as sweet as one of Cinnabon's mouthwatering roll's.
JUST in case you didn't catch that earlier... We are having a GIRL!!!
Yeah, and I will gloat and gloat until I'm wrong, but so far I'm two for two in predicting the gender of my kids. That's right, I KNOW my body! So, to my dad and younger brother... I already told you that Mom deserved something awesome for her correct guess... I think I deserve something too for getting BOTH my kid's genders right. I guess I get to keep the baby though so that's a prize in itself.
Oh, and just a fun conversation at the doctor's office today:
Aaron: "Carrie, I'm sorry to say that you have a skeleton growing in side you."
Me: "I'm glad. I'd hate if it was just a blob."
Aaron: "No, it's ONLY a skeleton"
Me: "Well, if our child comes out with some rare form of albino ism where all skin and organs (except the skeleton) are transparent, then we can name it Skeletor."
So... Here is little girl's debut... skin and all. (Sorry Aaron that we can't name her Skeletor)
She looks a little concerned in this picture as though she's a little tired of all the prodding of the sound wand.

She is absolutely beautiful! Congratulations again! Girls are so much fun. I just hope she leaves out the attitude most little girls can have. I am looking forward to a busy little boy instead of a sassy little girl. :)

SOOOO happy for you! Girls are so fun...but I've never had a boy, so I can only compare to what I have :). Plus...shopping for girls is so much more exciting! There are so many cute things! I have to stop myself because I'd go nuts :). Again, congrats! I'm so happy for you!

That is SO Exciting. I heard after Josh told me while we were in Reno!! Wow. So a boy and a girl. We just can't seem to get the boy part right. But atleast Maddelyn will have an awesome girl cousin just around her age to play with at family things:) That is so neat. Can't wait to hear the name you pick.
