I Love You Through and Through

This past week has been pretty busy with fun stuff mostly. Friday was the first girls night I've been to in a while. Thanks to Aaron's generosity and love I got a night away from our little angel to spend with ward friends. I love these get-togethers because without fail there will be someone there that I'm not too familiar with and then I'll go home thinking "I wish I knew her better before, she's awesome!" All too often, when this happens in a military ward, it's right before the said person is about to move to another base. Luckily this time it was with people who've barely moved on base. Yeah!!!! It was so great to get to talk and laugh and enjoy the company of other great women. Do you know how many awesome ideas other moms have? Seriously, it's a treasure trove of ideas for cheep toys and games.

The next big day was the super bowl party on Sunday night. It was so fun and I indulged way too much for anyone! Wait, I'm still eating for two... never mind. Sorry Cardinals we were rootin' for ya.

Yesterday the day was long and just long. I had to drive 45 min in the morning for my dentist appointment. Yeah, I finally have my permanent crown!!! Eli's been coming down with some kind of rash so I had to drive another 45 min to the doctor in order to find out what it was. The drive home was in rush hour so it took well over an hour to get home with a hungry baby in the back. Luckily my brother called to brighten my day! I love my brother and he's going to Serbia for a mission. He called from the JFK airport. It was so good to hear his voice! He sounds good. Nervous and excited about getting out there! Thanks Taylor.

Anyway, it's great to know that even though these last few days have been crazy and busy that I love it all the same. Every bit of it. My favorite book to read Eli right now is "I Love You Through and Through". I love my life through and through along with everyone in it. The crazy times, the silly times, the happy times and the down right hard times. I love it!

I was so sad, I only got to talk to Taylor for LITERALLY 30 seconds and then he had to board his plane. I still cried of course. I'm glad you got a girl's night out!!! It was good to talk to you.
