Ah, to be Married is Bliss!

Friday morning, I woke up and rolled over to face Aaron. "Aaron, Shelly woke up this morning thinking 'I'm getting married today'". It was an exciting thought to start the day.
So after a very nervous morning wondering if our car would be fixed, I got the notification that it was ready and raring to go. As I was just leaving to spend some time with a friend in the ward, I didn't go to pick it up right away. My friend was being kind enough to take me on a few errands before going to our other activities. So, we headed to Ft. Washington so I could pick some things up from my Dr's office. Really I just had to get a PPD test read, get some blood results, and have two signatures from the Dr. Well, after a 1/2 hr wait I finally went to the front desk and noticed they had completely skipped over my name. So they said they'd get on it and 5 minutes later I was finally in with the nurse who read my arm for the ppd and gave me the sheet with the titer results. However I had to wait another five minutes for the Dr to sign the sheet and another 25 for the Dr to sign the line he missed. All in all I think that an hour and 5 min wait for something that takes five minutes to do was simply ridiculous and I felt so bad that my friend had to wait that long. Especially since her little baby was with her as well. Anyway, that done we had our fun. At around 3pm she dropped me off at the car shop and I picked up our little car minus the annoying and sincerely nerve racking rattle that had aforeto accompanied it's engine.
I made my way home and packed up Aaron's and My clothes to head to Richmond for Shelly's reception. We got away by 4:30 which was later than we hoped, but later found out it was a blessing in disguise as it took us only 3 hours to get to Richmond rather than the four it took others who had left at 3-3:30. I have to say that it was wonderful to see Shelly so happy. It's just wonderful! I'm so happy that everything worked out so we would be able to see her. Anyway, remembering how fun, exciting, and nerve wracking the wedding day is, it was also fun to know that they will have so much fun together. I really feel lucky to have the husband I do. He's more than I could ever ask for!
Up next week. . . girl's camp. Am I ready?

Oh! How is Shelly? Completely and utterly happy? I'm sure she is. :) I'm glad you got to go to her reception. You didn't happen to take any pictures of the event, did you? ;)

Oooh...girls camp. Have fun, my dear!

Girls camp should be fun, remember the girls look up to you. you never know what affect you have on them-you'll do great. Watch out for them bugs.
